Intense colour and raspberry aromas are a stand out feature and the rich & powerful Cabernet fruit flavours are in balance with the fine but firm tannins.
A nice toasty oak flavour is evident in this particular vintage resulting from careful maturation on French oak staves.
The style produced is soft and easy to drink and has the depth of flavour to suggest some robust character.
A wine to suit a variety of dishes such as gourmet meats, Mornay, cheeses and pate's.
