Our winemakers selection is specially selected parcels of fruit which we feel are superior in the
Hillsview range and our classification in the cellar allow us to give these wines special treatment.
Specific attention is given to the oak treatment in the red wines with a good balance of fruit and
oak being foremost in our winemakers selection. The white wines are specially selected parcels and
must represent superior varietal flavour and character.
