 Adelaide Hills Merlot fruit is probably on the viticultural edge, climate wise however with good canopy management, control of the vines vigour, in warmer years can produce wines of outstanding quality.
TASTING NOTES
Bright dark purple red hues and lifted plum aromas assist flavours with hints of sweet concentrated and nutty fruit. An oaky bouquet with a great concentration of licorice, some charry oak and dark cherry flavours on the palate and a lovely chocolaty richness.
