PREMIUM - 2001 BLEWITT SPRINGS
CABERNET SAUVIGNON |
The grapes were harvested on April 26th 2001 and fermented in Stainless Steel
tanks undergoing primary fermentation before draining & racking to barrels.
Tasting notes:
A full-bodied full flavoured powerful Australian Cabernet Sauvignon with
generous robust fruit and soft gentle tannins with light background oak.
Minty berry characters typical of the Langhorne Creek region complement
the wine yet are unobtrusive.

19th August 2003.
Potential aging for such a full-bodied wine 4-6years.
Great dishes to enjoy this wine with:
Char grilled pork steaks with tamarind Ricardo.
Fettuccine with squid, prawns, cannellini beans and sun dried tomatoes.
